Questions we hear most
Do you only arrange package holidays?
No. Most of our clients ask for a tailor-made trip: we build the itinerary around your dates and interests and book each element separately or as a package, whichever is better value.
Can you book just the hotel or just the flights?
Yes. We book stand-alone flights, hotels, airport transfers and day tours as well as complete holidays.
How do I pay?
By major credit or debit card in AED, by bank transfer, or in person at our office in Trade Centre First, Dubai. You receive a written confirmation and receipt for every payment.
What happens if I need to change dates after booking?
Tell us as early as possible. Changes depend on the fare and hotel conditions you booked; we always explain the cost of a change before you decide. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for the rules that apply.
Is there someone to contact during the trip?
Yes. Your consultant stays your point of contact on WhatsApp and phone throughout, and our local partners can assist on the ground.
