This policy explains what information Green Apple Travel & Tourism LLC collects through this website, why we collect it and how we protect it. Last updated 26 October 2026.
Who we are
Green Apple Travel & Tourism LLC is a travel agency licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its office at API World Building, Office 301A, Trade Centre First, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. We operate this website (greenappletourism.rmb-ltd.com) and our main website greenappletourism.com. For anything related to this policy, write to [email protected] or call +971 4 370 5995.
Information we collect
- Enquiry forms. Name, phone number, email address, destination, travel dates, number of travellers and anything you write in the message box.
- Bookings. When you go on to book with us, we collect the details needed to issue tickets and reservations: traveller names as they appear on travel ID, dates of birth, nationality, contact details and payment confirmation. Card numbers are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
- Technical data. Our web server and Cloudflare, our content delivery provider, record IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps in standard access logs used for security and performance.
- Messaging. If you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep the conversation so we can serve you.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations and itineraries.
- To make and manage bookings with airlines, hotels, transfer companies and tour operators on your behalf.
- To send you confirmations, travel updates and service messages about a trip you have booked.
- To tell you about offers and new destinations from Green Apple Travel & Tourism LLC, only where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.
- To keep our website secure, prevent abuse of our forms and comply with UAE law.
Who we share it with
We share only the information necessary to deliver what you asked for: airlines, hotels, ground operators and insurers for bookings; our payment gateway for card transactions; our email delivery provider for sending confirmations; and Cloudflare, which protects and accelerates this website. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where UAE authorities lawfully require it.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Your browser may store a preference locally if you use interactive features. No third-party tracking tags are loaded on this site.
How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and then deleted. Booking records are kept for the period required by UAE commercial and tax regulations, normally five years after the trip, and then securely destroyed.
Security
Data travels to our servers over HTTPS. Enquiry records are stored on access-controlled servers in a private directory outside the public web root. Access is limited to staff who need it to respond to you.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no legal obligation to retain it, or withdraw consent to marketing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
We book travel for families, but we collect children's details only from a parent or guardian as part of a booking. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 directly.

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting bookings in progress will be communicated directly.
