1. The company

Green Apple Travel & Tourism LLC ("Green Apple", "we", "us") is a travel agency licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism, trading as Green Apple Tourism, with its office at API World Building, Office 301A, Trade Centre First, Dubai, UAE. We act as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, transport companies and tour operators ("suppliers").

2. Using this website

The content on this site is provided for general information about destinations and our services. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but itineraries, flight times, seasons and hotel features described here are indicative and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer; a contract exists only when we issue a written booking confirmation. You may not copy, scrape or republish site content without permission, or use the enquiry forms for anything other than genuine travel enquiries.

3. Quotations

Quotations are prepared for your specific dates and are valid for the period stated on them, usually 48 hours, because airfares and hotel rates change. A quotation becomes a booking only after you confirm it and payment is received as agreed. Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards in AED, bank transfer and payment in person at our office. The amount shown on your receipt is the amount charged; if your card is in another currency your bank's exchange rate applies. Some fares and hotel rates require full payment at the time of booking; others allow a deposit with a balance due date, which will be stated on your confirmation. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation and charges under the Cancellation Policy.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. The person making the booking confirms that they have authority to do so for every traveller named on it and that each traveller accepts these terms. We do not provide services to persons or destinations subject to UAE or international sanctions.

6. Supplier conditions

Each element of your trip is also subject to the supplier's own conditions, for example airline fare rules, hotel cancellation terms and tour operator policies. We explain the key conditions before you confirm and they form part of your contract. Where a supplier's terms are stricter than ours, the supplier's terms apply to that element.

7. Changes and cancellations

Changes requested after confirmation depend on supplier rules and may incur fees. Our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy set out what applies, including the 24-hour window after booking, refund timelines and credit notes.

8. Travel requirements

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel ID, any entry permissions required for their nationality and destination, and any health certificates. We provide general guidance in good faith, but requirements are set by the authorities of each country and can change. We are not liable for refusal of carriage or entry resulting from a traveller's failure to meet them.

9. Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and baggage for every trip, and can arrange a policy on request. Some suppliers and destinations make insurance compulsory.

10. Our responsibility

We take care in selecting suppliers, but we do not operate flights, hotels or tours ourselves. Suppliers are responsible for their own performance. Our liability for any failure on our part is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service, except where UAE law does not permit such a limit. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control such as weather, strikes, airline schedule changes, epidemics or government action; in those cases we will help you rearrange or claim refunds from suppliers where possible.

11. Complaints

Tell us straight away if something goes wrong during a trip, so we and the supplier can fix it. Written complaints should reach [email protected] within 28 days of return. We respond within 14 days.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
